Trinitarian Peace Prayer II

Trinitarian Peace Prayer II

May 25, 2026 Prayer, Spirituality No Comments

Divine and Human Jesus, we ask for You to create within us a well of love, peace, and tranquility, a place where we can connect to You, our Reservoir of Life. Empower us with courage, wisdom, and strength so that, beginning with peace in our hearts, that peace may flow out into the world.

Let there be a movement of compassion that leads us to initiate concrete action to achieve an equitable justice for the peoples of the world. For all of us who are tempted to give in to fear and despair, bring us energy and friends to help us engage in the struggle against violence.

We especially ask for You to touch the hearts and minds of leaders who perpetuate war and violence in a world that yearns for peace and the grace that peace brings. Protect and heal those who are most vulnerable to the sufferings of hunger, loss of shelter, disease, and sexual assault.

Christ of Peace Who Suffered and Died for Us, hold closely and comfort all who suffer injustice and violent attacks. AMEN+++
